Leaf Tower

Commodore Contracting Company proudly announces its successful appointment by 3AM Property Investment as the main contractor for Leaf Tower. A premier residential and commercial building, Leaf Tower is set to rise on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, within Tamouh Investment’s landmark.

With a total built-up area of 250,000 m² and towering 230 meters, the mega mixed-used project has the MEP Works valued at AED 200 Million. Deemed as one of the future hallmarks of the island, Leaf Tower will feature a total of 51 floors, each with 2500 m² area. In addition, it will house two basements, a ground floor, and five floors of podium, each measuring 17,000 m² area, and mechanical floors. The tower will offer an abundance of covered car parking, luxurious entry lobby, high-speed elevators, state-of-the-art telecommunications facilities, as well as a diverse array of entertainment and recreational amenities.

Commodore Contracting Company will team up with Etan Consult as project consultant.
