Cycloastragenol
The TA-65 report analysis courtesy of Anthony Loera proves that TA-65 is cycloastagenol.

Compare with TA-65 report analysis from TA-Sciences:
http://www.tasciences.com/pdf/dalton_pharma_01.pdf
It is obvious that the TA-65 active ingredient is cycloastragenol.
Also, about dosing – if you read from the TA-Sciences website about their dosing guidlines.
http://www.tasciences.com/ta-65/ta-65-dosing-guideline/
5mg of cycloastragenol is the minimum suggested dose, while 20mg cycloastragenol is considered the maximum FULL dose based on their research.
Read the peer-reviewed paper on TA-65 as well with a lot of good info on TA-65 which of course is cycloastragenol:
http://www.liebertonline.com/doi/full/1 … .2010.1085
As a side note on the research done by Scierra Sciences it is apparent they are pursuing the nutraceutical option so they can bypass FDA approval in the short term. It states on the main page of their website that they are "screening natural product extracts". I guess they are convinced in cycloastragenol’s efficacy even at low level telomerase activation.

I should also mention TA-65’s competitor Astral Fruit-NF with 150mg per bottle of cycloastragenol which averages 5mg per day.
Al parecer hay una relacion entre la telomerasa y la longitud de los telomeros con los lunares, si tienes mas de 100 lunares podrias vivir 6-7 anios mas que si tienes menos de 25:
Quick Way to Tell If You’ll Live Long
A long look in the mirror could tell you if you’ll live a long time–or not. How? Count your moles.Although we tend to think that people who have a lot of moles have a higher risk for skin cancer, in fact those moles may be a clue to longevity. Scientists from King’s College London have determined that moles seem to offer an important clue about how quickly the body ages, reports the BBC News.
In this study of 1,800 twins, the scientists compared key aging DNA with the number of moles on each of the participants. The finding was startling. The more moles a person has, the greater the chance his or her DNA will have the properties to fight off aging and thus extend longevity.
Moles, which vary significantly in number and size between individuals, appear on our bodies in childhood and actually disappear as we age. When moles are present in large numbers, they do increase the risk of melanoma, a rare and sometimes fatal form of skin cancer. Those who have white skin have an average of 30 moles, but can have as many as 400.
The King’s College researchers examined the link between the number of moles and the telomere length in cells, which is a good indicator of the rate of aging in certain organs, such as the heart, muscle, bones and arteries, reports the BBC. Telomeres, which have been compared to the plastic tips on shoelaces, are bundles of DNA found at the end of chromosomes in all cells. They help protect, replicate and stabilize the chromosome ends, keeping them from fraying and sticking to each other. The older we get, the shorter our telomeres become.
The results: The researchers found that people who had more than 100 moles had longer telomeres than those who had fewer than 25 moles–the equivalent of six to seven years of aging.
"The results of this study are very exciting as they show, for the first time, that moley people who have a slightly increased risk of melanoma may, on the other hand, have the benefit of a reduced rate of aging," lead researcher Dr. Veronique Bataille told the BBC. "This could imply susceptibility to fewer age-related diseases such as heart disease or osteoporosis, for example. Further studies are needed to confirm these findings."
The study findings were published in the journal of Cancer Epidemiology Biomarkers and Prevention.

I have studied Telomere health and TA65 for 12 years..i have no medical background…I was born in the 1950″s,born extremly ill…mostly due to chemicals my father came in contact with as a firefighter in the 1940″s .Astraglus has been part of my diet for 20 + years along with reseveratrol, pine bark hydroxtyrosol (olive oil ) and many other superfoods that, they are now saying slow the aging process…diet is just a small part…removing toxins from the body and mind is paramount to slowing the aging process…With my book out and already worldwide…it is my contribution to mankind, to help others know it is indeed possible to heal the body and in turn slow the aging process. I know! I did it. At 57 I have never felt better and continue to strengthen my body and heal my cells..

Hello all. As the title says, I am 70 years old, and would like to share my experiences with Ta65. I started taking this supplement in June, about every other day. I was 190 pounds, and I am 5’10". I immediately had an increase in energy, and started running. I had been kayaking and cycling long distances, so I was in good condition. 50 miles a day on a bike were not unusual… but I could not really run much. Within a week or so, I was running about 10 miles a day, sometimes less, sometimes more, at a 10 minute mile pace. I am now 175 pounds. In the last perhaps 3 weeks, I noticed my energy decreasing, and increased ta65 to once a day. I started having troubling dreams…. so I was pleasantly surprised to find the video by Dr Park on this site, basically explaining that this is proof that something is working here. After some thought, I have decided to present my last night dream episode here. Bear in mind that sexual dreams are part of the process. As a prelude to the dream, I have recently taken Reneuve, which is a porcine based telomerase activator, that some may question my taking. My dreams have been quite vivid, and to the point that I am able to analyze the dream, while dreaming. I have just edited much of what I have typed, as it does not look sane in print….. but the end result is that the encounter tied in together the sexual act, along with the porcine product origin of Reneuve.
Basically everyone gets cancer many times in their lives, or so the theory goes, but it is how well the body can deal with it and knock it out that counts. When we age our bodies become less able to deal with getting rid of cancers, and at the same time the older cells or stem cells with their genetic code damage, which is possibly related to the telomere shortening/damage is producing more of them.
Lengthening or protecting those telomeres is why we should do it, since this should provide more protection in the two systems. It should give us a more fit and younger immune cell response or anything else that helps the body clear those cancerous or precancerous cells, and at the same time lengthening the cells shortest telomeres back out preventing more short telomered defective cells including stem cells, from occurring in the first place.
So far some cancer patients take the TA65 chemical to fight cancers, in themselves or their pets. Dr Ed Park has some videos on cancer and TA65 over on youtube. So far neither the companies not the doctors involved with selling TA65 have noticed any increase in cancers in those taking it over the last 3-5 years or so.
Now have I notice things like skin changes from it over the last 3 years of taking it on and off, in various amounts, and my answer it yes I have, but remember I have been doing C6-OO for the last 11 months also, and in my view the two together are some powerful health/age changers, for the better/younger.
Bottom line is I wish this was known and available when I started trying to get healthier and fighting the aging in 1981-82, when I was barely 30 and knew what I know today. If I went back then with what I know now I would still do the massive vitamins and amino acids and rest from the book life extension a practical scientific approach, by Shaw and Pearson from that period. I got what I saw as great results, from those for years and some rather miraculous ones for me I thought. Now though, I would add the C60-OO at about 1/2 teaspoon a week and the TA65 chemical every other day or every so many days, in as well.
BTW I saw a new piece of news just today saying Geron Corp has tested in mice a new chemical related too the TA65 molecule that trigger telomerase and lengthens the telomeres, and that it started reversing lung damage in them. It is not "naturally occurring" so it will be developed as a new drug.

Have fun and watch Ed Parks videos on TA65/telomeres over at youtube and all the reading and research on C60. That should keep you busy for months maybe years LOL
There are things we know shorten telomeres in anyone of any age and things that seem to lengthen them back out more. For example, stress ages people fast, but meditation lengthens them. Over eating and getting fat ages people faster than smoking on their telomeres and almost twice as much, but losing that weight lengthens them again, even by using surgery to do it. Sitting shortens them, but exercise or movement lengthens them. Vitamin D, and D3 is probably the best at this, lengthens telomeres and so does certain other nutrients.
Does anyone have a link to the contents of stemcell 100?

So I’ve been taking TA-65 at a dose of 6 a day for nearly 3 months now and have noticed in the last few weeks an exponential growth of new moles on my skin. I hadn’t noticed any new ones in many years now. Obviously, people can grow new ones will into their 40’s, so this N=1 experiment can’t have much merit, but it is very noticeable and seems to continue. I actually went to the dermatologist twice just to make sure they weren’t cancerous. I don’t particularly like moles, aesthetically speaking so in a way it’s a bummer, but the article below suggests it at least has a possible up side and my experience may not be sheer coincidence.
http://www.examiner.com/article/people-with-a-lot-of-moles-tend-to-age-slowly
"According to a 10-year study at the University of London King’s College, people with more moles age at a slower rate. The study researched over 900 sets of twins and found that people with more than 100 moles on their body have an an average biological age of 6-7 years younger than people with less than 25 moles on their body. Biological age was estimated by researchers by using telomere length."
"To produce a visible mole from a signal cell requires about 30 cell doublings," explains Dr. William Andrews, CEO of Sierra Sciences, LLC. "People with shorter telomeres wouldn’t be able to produce visible moles, while those with longer telomeres often have many moles."
With that being said, it should be no surprise that the study found that people with a lot of moles were found to have longer telomeres.
"I would go further than saying that those people with longer telomeres ‘looked’ up to seven years younger; I’d say that, biologically, they were up to seven years younger," says Dr. Andrews. "Because they have longer telomeres than average people, their ‘clock of aging’ runs a little longer than the average."
