Got an excellent deal @ 1350 Dhs. / sq.ft for a 3 bedroom appartment just a month back and am being offered 1850 Dhs. / sq. ft from another buyer ! The project is really developping quickly !

The market for Rak Towers is today at 2,250/sq. ft .. let’s see what is the result of the present slow down in property dealings in UAE on Abu Dhabi !

I have talked to several persons owning Rak tower appartments and they are all talking about asking RAK Properties to reconsider the build price on Rak Towers. Since construction prices have gone down and the fact about financial crises, there is a major issue for paying 50% upon delivery by all individuals.

Also when the building will be developped as I have mentioned the developper will have more readily accepting delivery of the property and thus they will have good financial situation + will be able to charge maintenance costs !
If people don’t move in, the developper cannot charge any maintenance cost & also it will have to support the maintenance of the building.

Es muy muy guapo… Sobre el precio y rentabilidad no te se decir….
Voy a ir pegando alquileres tambien, pero seria 85-90K anual, los gastos de comunidad son elevados, creo que andan por 17 AED/sq ft, pero incluyen todo, electricidad, agua, aire acondicionado, todos los gastos, no habria nada mas que preocuparse.
Alquiler y revalorizaciones son libres de impuestos claro, lo normal en Emiratos es pagar un año de alquiler por anticipado, por lo tanto los impagos son muy improbables, y hay una empresa que gestiona reparaciones y demas por 3-4K anuales, si no te quieres encargar tu.
Tiene buena pinta
Acabo de ver Sky tower… sube un poco de precio, pero es brutal! Creo que ya lo voy teniendo claro…
