y la verdad es que España tiene un potencial tremendo. Que llegue a desarrollarse o no, depende de como se dirija el país, y como se ve en el artículo no se han aprovechado mucho los últimos 100 años.
Lamentablemente, no creo que España llegue a desarrollarse plenamente. De Alemania no puedo opinar que no tengo ni idea.
