Ya hemos hablado mucho de que el azucar es perjudicial para la salud, se ha mencionado bastante que Stevia es un edulcorante que no es perjudicial para la salud, pero como se sabe de este que tiene grandes beneficios para la salud: Trehalose

Frutas y verduras, aunque aqui hablan del Brocoli en especial y el efecto de los suforafanos (Sulforaphanes) cuando tenemos estres (oxidacion en le hipocampo):
